I usually cheer myself up since my sense of humour can detect something ridiculous in almost everything I encounter, but today I just feel like letting the tears roll... is it Ash Wednesday? Midlife Crisis? Exhaustion? Or the severe lack of alc in this household? Lost my job, got another one with a tight schedule, and need a perspective... and I can sense yahoo pressing delete even as I type this...

We all need days like this so that the good days feel even better! Cry your heart out! Cry even a little more. Then take a nice bubble bath with aroma-therapeutic oils and perhaps a few candles. Go to bed early and tomorrow you are a well rested new person!

Anna, Its such a beautiful sunny cool day here in Houston,Tx. & yet I feel exactly like you describe. I went to my orthopedic Dr. today for a cortizone shot in my knee & he ask me to give him a hug before he left( my hubby sitting there). That was a first. He must have seen my need. I'm just worn out. Mental I think, some of my contacts are in so much need of prayer & I so care about them.~~I'm going to take Sunbeams advice & tomorrow God will grant me a refreshed day. It's just one of those days for me . I hope that your tomorrow will good as well. Let's get some rest for now. OK ?? ~~~ Blessings to you ~~~
