Man Utd cried foul because Ronaldo wants to leave and complained to fifa; Platini says Real Madrid done nothing wrong and can buy him if they can afford him, fair enough. this doesn't contradict with what he said about modern game being driven by money more than sportsmanship, and I think we can all agree that he's right about that too. it's natural I guess for the English people to get defensive, but the only argument they can come up with is "why only us?", so his words are hitting a nerve and they know he has a point, they just want him to criticize us too. he also said AC Milan shouldn't have played in the CL and neither should Porto, but I don't see the Italians or Portuguese whining about that.
